You must sign up to get the yearly rate

Before School Care (7:00 am - 8:15 am)

Yearly Rate - $1,155

DROP IN day rate - $10/day

After School Care (3:45 pm - 5:30 pm)

Yearly Rate - $1,743

DROP IN day rate - $15/day

Special Extended Care (separate from regular use)

Late Pick Up After 5:30 pm - $1/minute

Location: Extended Care is in the Early Childhood Building (east building). Please enter through the brown gate on the right-hand side of the building. An entrance sign is posted on the door. All doors are locked all of the time so someone will let you in the building.

Sign In/Sign Out: Parent signature (or designated adult) is required at sign in each morning and sign out each afternoon. Please notify the office if someone different is picking up your child.

Payments:
- If your child is signed up for regular use the yearly charge will be added to your tuition account and paid through FACTS.
- Drop in charges; these will be billed the following Monday and payment is due by that Friday.
- Payment can be made online through your Family Portal account (check or credit card) or in the School Office (cash or check). If your balance goes above $100 at any time you will not be able to use this service.

Allergies/Diet Restrictions: Please report any food allergies or diet restrictions in your Family Portal in our SIS this information will be shared with the extended care staff.

Classroom Resources: There are resources purchased for the extended care use. Toys or any electronic devices from home may not be brought from home and used during extended care. Toys brought from home for classroom purposes are kept in the child’s backpack during extended care. Students will have access to computers to access Google Classroom and curriculum resources online.
