The Application Process 

_____ 1.  Schedule a Tuesday Tour @ 10:10 am with our Admissions Director.

  • See the classrooms in action.

  • Meet the teachers and our principal.

  • Meet with the admissions director to discuss the student’s needs.

  • Other times may be scheduled if needed.


_____ 2.  Complete an Application online for each child.  The application fee is collected at this end of the online application.

  • An original birth certificate that the office will copy

  • Complete the Transcript Release Form (required for application into grades 1 – 8) and submit to your child’s current school.


_____ 3.  Schedule a Student Shadow Experience Visit

  • Jr Preschool (2 yr olds): 30 minutes in the Jr Preschool class

  • Preschool (3 yr olds):  30 minutes in current age group

  • PreK (4 yr olds) through Grade 8:  A half day visit in current grade level


_____ 4.Schedule a Student Assessment with the principal or designee

  • Jr. Preschool – PreK:  Not applicable

  • Kindergarten:  Kindergarten readiness assessment

  • Grade 1:  School readiness assessment with the principal or a designee.

  • Grades 2 – 8:  Complete a math and reading assessment


_____ 5.If needed, complete a Financial Aid Application online.  Financial aid is only considered for K-8th grade students.


Upon completion of the application process, the principal will determine acceptance based on all the records and results collected and notify the family of the decision.

*If the current class is full, the child will be placed on a waitlist.
