Application Checklist 

_____ 1Schedule an online consultation or tour with our Communications Admissions Director and learn why families love our school. 

_____ 2.  Complete an Application online for each child.  The $25 application fee is collected at this end of each online application.

  • Please have a digital copy of your child's Birth Certificate, Physical from the doctor, and  Immunization Record ready to submit within the online application.

  • If your child has ever been screened for any behavioral or developmental concerns, please provide the results from the screening. This includes an evaluation report that concluded without an IEP. 

_____ 3. Select a date for a shadow day with our Admissions Director

  • Junior Preschool and Preschool - 30minutes in the class 

  • PreKindergarten - 8th grade - 8:20am - 1:30pm

Upon completion of the application process, the principal will determine acceptance based on all the records and results collected and notify the family of the decision.

Finalizing Enrollment

 

Once acceptance has been determined for your child, you will need to finalize his/her enrollment. Although your child is being saved a spot within the class, it is not permanently reserved until the following steps are complete:

 

_____ 1. Sign the Enrollment Contract This is your agreement to commit to our school, what you can expect of us, and what we can expect of you. 

_____ 2. Pay the deposit (Junior Preschool, Preschool, and PreK only) for your child's class & sign the Deposit Agreement. It is non-refundable, but it will go towards the tuition owed. Please pay by cash or check to our school office. Here is the deposit amount according to the number of days your child is attending weekly:

     5 days: $500          3 days: $300          2 days: $200

_____ 4. If needed, complete a Financial Aid Application online.  

  • Financial aid is only considered for K-8th grade students.

  • Our Financial Aid deadline is April 10, 2022 for the 2022 - 2023 Academic year.
